 for a long time that has expired, otherwise it won't make bubbles.

2.The batteries must be new one, not used for a long time, otherwise there are not enough power to make bubbles

3.After turn on the switch, you need to wait about 5 seconds for the bubble liquid 

attracted from the bottom to the top, then the bubbles will come out...
